Sarasota craft festival returns to Five Points Park for 30th year

The Downtown Sarasota Craft Festival returns to Selby Five Points Park for its 30th anniversary Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18.

The free outdoor show runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days at 1 Central Ave., where Central Avenue meets First Street in downtown Sarasota. The festival is presented by American Craft Endeavors.

Vendors will display jewelry, ceramics, photography, clothing and other handmade goods, according to the city's event listing. A Green Market section will offer handmade soaps, gourmet spices and freshly popped kettle corn alongside the craft booths.
